TREE OF THE MONTH 2022
The workshop on 11th November was good, with plenty of work including Scots Pines, Junipers and a Korean Hornbeam that needed pruning.

on 14th October the tree of the month advanced was a first for Geoff with a Larch. In the intermediate was first for Pat with a cork bark Elm.

The June meeting on a warm night was busy, with plenty of trees. The show on 26th June was discussed, and trees brought for selection.

On 8th April we had the most members for over two years. The tree of the month also saw the most entries for a very long time.
First of six entries in the novice was Ollie. In the intermediate first was Pat. In the advanced another six entries first was Ade. It was an excellent meeting.

The March workshop was busy as usual, with some re potting and some heavy pruning. First in the tree of the month advanced was Ian Duff joint second Geoff and Ade. Intermediate first was Pat Pocock and Novice Mike Bryan.

The February meeting was very busy. Repotting and wiring was done on numerous trees. Plus a lot of chatting. We now have two trees for the tree raffle in December, a nice Cotoneaster and a Pyracantha

The first meeting of the year had a small number of entries .The Advanced first was Rob with a Hornbeam second Ant with an English Elm third Trev with a Box. There were no other entries.
