TREE OF THE MONTH 2023
The rain stopped for the summer workshop. The workshop was good as always with a lot of work done to a variety of trees including the satsuki for the tree raffle flowers removed and pruned, plus Larch, Pines, Acers and more.
The shields for the show were presented.
Tree of the month was in advanced first for Ade second Ian. Intermediate first for Pat.

The May workshop was another good workshop. Members brought a lot of trees to work on and style.

The April meeting was much less cold that the last few, if wet. Trees worked included a yew that was pruned, also Maples and the usual Scots Pines. A smooth meeting apart from the power cut.

The February meeting was back to near normal numbers with some old members returning. There was plenty of work done with re potting as well as pruning and wiring. Also a nice Crab Apple had a first styling.

The January meeting was a little thin on the ground but the members there had a good workshop. Some good trees were worked on.
